"I worked with Vic's agent Mark Panozzo to replace our Travelers coverage for both home and auto. Mark was extremely careful to rate the property and the cars accurately. He took a good bit of time on a Friday night, well after normal business hours, collecting our information. I came in the next morning with documentation and we were able to bind coverage. We actually short cancelled our previous carrier because SF was much more competitive. Nice job Mark!!!"

"Vic Portillo is by far one of the worsest insurance agents! 😳 I guess someone was trying to help him out by referring him to me as I was given a reference to another gentleman. However the man damn near harrassed me into insurance calling every other day with sob stories about his wife and things. When my son slid off the road in Dec 2022 I asked Vic to take him off my insurance. Again, Vic did what he wanted instead of listening to me and now my insurance has went from $155 to $800 dollars. So now I'm left having to look for new insurance and have make another down-payment at another company because Vic failed to do his job properly! Insurance is too important for agent to make these continous mistakes. I believe they should pay for my down payment because Vic made all those mistakes. And he should stop doing insurance! I have been told by many to stay away from #StateFarm and now I see! Then he had the nerve to get mad at me and hang up on me after hollering at me wildly because you been making mistakes from the beginning is wild Vic!"
"I am sorry this did not work out for you. State Farm requires all licensed drivers in the house to be covered on the policy. Many other companies are requiring youthful operators to be insured."

"Gave this agency 30 years or more business. When we would file claims, vic would decline them all the time. The last straw was when they raised our car insurance payment by $1,000. We have Allstate now. Way better company. Our claim was not denied. Good Riddance Vic Portillo."
